It depends: Since I don't know your history, it's difficult to say if your medication regimen is appropriate.. This shouldn't be considered a second opinion. Personally, I don't prescribe Xanax (alprazolam) because I am able to lower patient's anxiety with alternative treatments. At a minimum, I hope you're discussing your concetns with your physician. Since Vyvanse causes high blood pressure, I have concerns. Good luck..
