He can take the flight if he is asymptomatic and feeling well but he should avoid any heavy lifting. He should wear a mask for preventing the virus spreading although most adult people already have the antibodies.

Spleen rupture in these cases is related to physical activity like contact sports, falling from heights, etc. where trauma to the abdomen may jar the abdomen. Simply doing the routine daily activities or going on a flight would not be risky.
