No. There are no palpable lymph nodes in the temple area. What you are noticing is probably not a lymph node.

I have specialized in HBP for 60 years and never seen a pt with temporal lymph notes swollen. Some with temporal arteritis may have thickening/swelling of temporal artery. Another possibility would be polyarteritis nodosa. Discuss with your Dr.
