If ENT did a good evaluation not likely related to ENT causes of the symptom complex.

If you're still having those symptoms, I recommend obtaining a second opinion from a neuro otolaryngologist at a department of otolaryngology at a university hospital near you. Bring any test results with you for the consultation.
