I have had a headache, pressure in my ear, and vertigo for about 2 months now, i got a ct scan and it was good, i went to an ent, and he said he didnt know what was wrong with me. what could it be?

Your body is talking to you. Listen and take good notes. What brings it on, what makes it better etc. Share your notes with your regular Dr. Go to Drugs.com and review side effects of any meds OTC stuff you may be taking. If ENT did a good evaluation not likely related to ENT causes of the symptom complex.

If you're still having those symptoms, I recommend obtaining a second opinion from a neuro otolaryngologist at a department of otolaryngology at a university hospital near you. Bring any test results with you for the consultation.
