I have lumps on my lower extremities size of a pea, mainly around my ankles and a bit above them. i started to notice one or two about two weeks ago and now ive got anywhere from 7-10. its caused pain when doing physical activity. what is it?

You should see your family doctor for a better assessment. Those lesions are not normal and they may sometimes related to a systemic disease.

Very often Dermal cysts form around the ankle. I would suggest you have it checked out.
