No: may be a varicosity that has clotted. Or may be a node due to inflammation.

Leg Veins.: This is not a normal finding. It may be a localized area of a clotted superficial varicose vein. This is not dangerous. Apply heat and if it doesn't resolve over 10 days or worsens then follow up with your medical doctor.
