Should i be concerned? 3 pale stools today. no pain, yellowing, etc. i dont have appendix or gallbladder. i dont usually eat greasy food. this past weekend i ate a lot of greasy/fatty foods. i also took tums? could it be food related?

It seems non specific with that symptom, you should not worry. Keep observing bowel habit and stool color with a normal, healthy diet for now. Greasy foods can act as a laxative.

Ingestion if large amounts of fatty foods can cause pale stools. Other causes can be lack of bile,liver disease,excess dairy food ingestion,celiac disease, and,yes, antacids like tums can do it. If they persist, consult a gastroenterologist for evaluation.
