Gas, bloat, mild pain upper ab. Pale yellow stool,sometimes watery. No other symptoms. Ultrasound showgs no liver masses, no gall stones, but fatty liver. stools greasy and floats sometimes.
If gallbladder and liver are normal on ultra sound, and I have no other symptoms such as jaundice, but yellow stools sometimes that greasy and float, could it be pancreatic cancer. Scared!!

Should I be concerned? 3 pale stools today. No pain, yellowing, etc. I dont have appendix or gallbladder. I dont usually eat greasy food. This past weekend I ate a lot of greasy/fatty foods. I also took tums? Could it be food related?
Pale yellow stools for the past 3 weeks despite what I have ate. Been keeping to a bland diet & Blood work normal and PCP don't think it's gallbladder?
