Depends: If your symptoms resolve and your diagnostic tests are all negative then you continue under observation as on outpatient. Call in to your doc if new or recurring symptoms develop. A negative evaluation is actually reassuring, however it is also understandable that you desire a label/diagnosis and feel kind of let down when there is none. Be well.
