Ive small, lymph nodes 8mm max last 3 months, not progressive in size but feel firmer and slowly increasing in number, all axillary, cervical and supraclavicular, bloods, ct all ok, no infections, feel well mild weight loss, what would cause this?

It may be due to irritation or infection in the area. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!

I've been texting positive for active EBV for a month now, finally just went away. I had a CT that count cervical, axillary and mesenteric nodes. Doctor says not to worry but that's it, could my EBV have caused lymph nodes in all those parts?
Multiple neck nodes noticed 3months ago-3mm had CT scan ok May,also showed up to 8mm under one arm,past month all still small tho some doubled in size feel firmer/ more prominent,also under both arms now, feel well, bloods prev ok, Mild weight loss?
