No infection.: Strep often colonlizes the genital tract without causing infection; it doesn't require treatment when found in the urine or on a genital swab unless you're pregnant. Mixed flora means the urine sample you gave was contaminated with bacteria from your genital skin/hair and doesn't indicate infection. If you are having painful urination, frequency, or urgency, get re-tested.
