Hepatic ("liver") lesions are common and many represent vascular (blood vessel) clusters which are benign. Post coital bleeding can occur secondary to simple inflammation, w/o a pre-malignant cellular change. "Vomiting blood" needs evaluation by a GI physician, and may represent a gastric ulcer, or rarely (at "29") esophageal bleeding from varicose veins.
