There has been a legion found on my liver before in a ct twice, & ovarian cysts. now ive recently peed blood (bright), had post coital bleeding & pelvic pain, negative cervical biopsy. last night i vomited blood. any ideas on what could be happening?

Hepatic ("liver") lesions are common and many represent vascular (blood vessel) clusters which are benign. Post coital bleeding can occur secondary to simple inflammation, w/o a pre-malignant cellular change. "Vomiting blood" needs evaluation by a GI physician, and may represent a gastric ulcer, or rarely (at "29") esophageal bleeding from varicose veins.
