Will you bleed after an ovarian cyst ruptures? been bleeding for 3 days. bright red blood, not enough to fill up a thin pad.

It can happen: Bleeding can happen after an ovarian cyst ruptures due to a sudden drop in the high estrogen condition. However, bright red bleeding is usually not a part of that kind of bleeding.
