You did not say where u live and what is local temp. Be sure you count it yourself at the radial artery at base of thumb on palm side of wrist. Count for 1 min exactly. Using timer on phone. Then discuss with a dr who can quickly help figure it it it is normal for girls like you who live where you live.

You should have your blood pressure check on supine and standing too. Low blood pressure or very high blood pressure along with severe tachycardia can give us hint for differential diagnosis. With this limited info, POTS is strongly suspected. Dehydration can cause standing tachycardia but rarely at this extremely high heart rate with a normal living condition and water is available to you.
