See a cardiologist: you need to see a cardiologist specialist in electro physiology of the heart which practically mean specializing in abnormal rhythm they can place on 48 hours monitor while you are continuing your regular activity as out patient and see the abnormal rhythm they can map and stimulate the heart under control safe condition to duplicate any arrhythmia and then treat it good luck
