Grinding your teeth is a sign of anxiety and or stress. Best see a dentist for exam and treatment. In most cases a night guard is the treatment recommended. You have what is called bruxism and the grinding wears away the enamel of your teeth and they become sensitive.

Tooth grinding may just be a bad habit, or a response to malposed teeth, or skeletal joint imbalance, or anxiety/stress, or stimulated by a wisdom tooth problem. Traditional Rx is to treat symptoms with tooth protecting night guard. Better approach is to identify and treat the cause. You may need to see Dentist, Psychotherapist, Oral Surgeon.
