Have lupus & pots.i'm active daily,jog,etc but sometimes get such massive fatigue,very weak,lightheaded,low bps & can't do anything but sleep for days.after sleeping for days,i feel better.what should my rheum check for beside lupus inflam markers?

If you were treated with corticosteroid in the past but you are no longer taking it, checking cortisol level for ruling our adrenal insufficiency is recommended. Adrenal insufficiency may manifest with the described symptoms.
