Yes but ...: these symptoms could be due to lupus but there are so many other possibilities that I wouldn't consider lupus as a top choice. Lupus has very specific signs and symptoms and these symptoms, while distressing, are not specific for lupus. Beware: just running a "lupus test " is useless. The proper approach is a history & physical examination before anything else.

Aches and fatigue: These are very common symptoms which can be caused by infection, injury, cancer, autoimmune disease, stress, toxic exposures, depression... that many different things. Start with a good general checkup and screening by your doctor. Some straightforward simple tests can help eliminate things like lupus. Good luck.
