Meat allergy: Meat allergy is uncommon & only seen in a small percent of the population, with beef being the most commonly reported meat allergy. Symptoms usually present in childhood or may associated with childhood atopy. Ingredients used in cooking process should also be investigated. Your dr. Or immunologist will obtain more history from you & may order blood tests & perform a skin test to make a diagnosis.
