Normal variation: What you described is a normal variation in the temperature sensation in different parts of the body. It is not a disease. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.

Normal body response: To compensate the effects of colder temperatures, the body responds with vasodilation or dilate tin of blood vessels to make other parts of body warm. Try to cover your body with appropriate clothing according to weather conditions. Feel good
