Neuropathy: Since affecting the hands and the feet i would look to see if you have any back pain as a proximal source. There are other causes of neuropathy and a physical by your internsit is recommended. (please excuse prior answer given - i hit the wrong key on computer and my answer to person before you was duplicated to you.).
