In the summer when its really hot, when i wake up in the morning my feet and hands feel like theyre burning and theres tiny bumps and spots all over my fingertips and toes ?

Heat reaction: The location of the eruption is unusual for a heat rash. The bumps are most likely sweat trapped in the skin. Corticosteroid ointment could be tried for relief of the rash. Hopefully you can find a way to keep cooler in the heat. ? Air conditioning ? A fan. A dermatologist could advise you further.
