During winter i always feel very cold. my hands and feet especially can never be warm even if i wear socks or stay by the fire place. and during summer i am always very hot. but i don't really sweat much. can you please help me. ?

Cold hands and feet: Cold hands and feet are common in young women. They may be related to drugs, medications, stress and cigarette smoke. When there is pain, numbness, tingling and changes in color, Raynaud's syndrome should be considered.

Thermoregulation: Peripheral vascular disease and some neuroendocrine (thyroid gland?) disorders may be associated with the described symptoms. Ask your physician to investigate.
