I assume this echocardiogram was done because EKG had shown left atrial enlargement, ICD code for test is I51.7. Quality of the test was adequate. Both right and left ventricles are normal in function, normal left ventricle size, there are mild regurgitation of both mitral and tricuspid valves but trivial (not important), but left atrial size is not mentioned. I would say a normal echo result.

The overall heart function is normal. The basis for mentioning cardiomegaly (enlarged heart) is not given and merits clarification. The size of the left atrial enlargement is not mentioned and deserves specification of its size. The mitral and tricuspid regurgitation (leaking) is insignificant.
