What causes would make one leg swell and have hot spots in lower leg areas not the entire lower leg? do have narrowing at botrom,but no doctors have offered any treatment. toes turn,red,purple, and black in any weather temperature ,raynauds ruled out?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you described suggests venous thrombosis. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
