Can i take azithromycin and doxycycline together for treatment of syphilis? took 3g of azithromycin at one time and 500 mg per day for 15 days and 200 mg a day split into two doses of doxycycline for 14 days?

There is no interaction between these 2 antibiotics but side effect on the stomach may be worse. Furthermore, azithromycin is not recommended due to high resistant rate. If you can't take penicillin or penicillin-related antibiotic, you can use doxycycline alone for 2 weeks in early syphilis.
