Urgency & frequency: Let's clear up a common misunderstanding. Unless you're pregnant, there's no need to get a urine culture after finishing a course of antibiotics because we're not going to treat asymptomatic bacteriuria in adults, certainly, not in those who have an indwelling catheter. But you still have UTI symptoms despite negative urine culture so you need to get tested for sexually transmitted diseases.
