I am suffering from a uti, and 3mm kidney stone that's in my left kidney.platelet count is 527k. hematuria is present. pee test shows pos for uti, xray showed kidney stone. would elevated ast (78) & alt (101) be caused by the uti? ?

To diagnose UTI you need a positive urine culture. The platelet count and the AST &Alt are not related to it. So pl make sure that test(urine C&S) was done. In the meantime drink plenty of water and if symptoms persist pl see a Urologist.
