I went to urgent care 2 days ago.was diagnosed with a severe uti no blood in urine.now i have excruciating pain over left kidney. it feels like someone is stabbing me. have a past history of kidney stones. one had to be blown up. what could it be?

Need follow up for potential pyelonephritis. Another kidney stone could be culprit for all of this. Get to ER ASAP
