I have a wisdom tooth coming through top left of mouth there is a decent amount of space for it however if i have it removed will i still be able to as i had a emergency surgery 3 weeks back to remove testicle and had local and general anathesia?

You've asked so many questions regarding this wisdom tooth. Without an exam we cannot advise you if you should remove it or not. Have your local dentist examine you, and if extraction is indicated, s/he will get medical clearance from your surgeon.

You should see an Oral Surgeon to discuss viabiblity of wisdom teeth and whether you should be retained or removed. If upper is erupting but lower is not erupted, lower may be missing or impacted. If removal of 3rd molars recommended, your previous anesthesia/surgery not related.
