Hello! i'm 22 . it's been 2 months that i feel heartburn like stomach ulcer and get acid reflux but i don't have diarrhea. i went to doctor and tried medications and pills like omeprazole, nexium,hyoscyan and aluminum-mg ,but non of them worked ?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If you are overweight, it would be helpful if you could lose weight.

Your symptoms are more characteristic of GERD. Omeprazole dosage may have to be increased. Avoid spicy,oily foods,alcohol, caffeine, nicotine, aspirin& meds like advil or aleve. If you note no improvement, it's time to consult a gastroenterologist for evaluation, appreciate testing & proper treatment.
