Should i be concerned about nosebleeds that occur once or twice a year?

Not really, especially it happens with the same nostril and it's easy to stop.

Agree with Dr. Le. If these episodes occur during cold weather, it may be due to dehydration of mucus membrane. If so, you could apply very small amounts of emollient to the opening of the nose. Wish you good health!
