I take 2 antibiotics with alcohol six month ago thats cause colon cancer? why i am asking this question because my stomach always noises and bloated but no pain. my physician doctor told me its ibs. i have still same symptoms?

Colon cancer doesn't cause symptoms like this, and neither alcohol nor antibiotics are likely to cause cancer. Almost no cancers are caused by single, brief exposures to any particular cause. Your doctor probably is on the right track: your symptoms certainly are typical for irritable bowel syndrome and not colon (or any other) cancer.
