Look elsewhere: Hi. No matter what the ER doc saw (they're NOT gastroenterology specialists), if TWO colonoscopies were negative, you're barking up the wrong tree. Time to look elsewhere. Good luck!

Doubt Ca: An apple core lesion is a circumferential tumor of an area of bowel almost occluding the lumen. 3 such lesions would be extremely rare and usually not defined in an emergency room. The dx is made by Ba enema to visualize the lesion and then by colonoscopy to redefine, photograph and bx. If nothing was found on colonoscopy there is not related pathology
