I am sorry for the disappointing news. Kidney disease comes on many levels. There are a lot of details needed to approach your question. Many kidney diseases are managed not cured, some are treated as a chronic condition and some are cured; with medications, some with surgery, and some with lifestyle changes You need to speak to your doctor
