Don't worry about #17, it's a wisdom tooth and you won't miss it. Implants are great since you don't need to utilize adjacent teeth for support of the prosthetic tooth. If the adjacent teeth are broken down then a fixed bridge might be your answer. Your dentist can guide you further.

If #16 is fully erupted than you may consider an implant for #17, in most cases wisdom teeth are not replaced with implants. If there is no restorations on teeth next to #14 and 30 than implants are indicated. If restorations are present than a bridge could be an alternative. Fees will be different for both, so get an estimate and opinion that you feel satisfied with.

Choice depends on your occlusion, condition of adjacent and opposing teeth, and the health and architecture of the bone and gum tissues in the affected areas. See your Dentist for appropriate evaluation and discussion of the restorative solutions available to you. . Do not delay, as remaining teeth may tip/drift, complicating then replacement process.
