I went to urology and he checked my testicles.and i do it an ultrasound and the results is good. after i pressed my epididymis and then sometimes while i moving i have little pain but is rare. it's possible to damage my epididymis can it fix by own?

No, you won't damage your epididymis just to press or squeeze it.
