Your brief post is somewhat confusing. Tecfidera is a modestly effective drug used in early MS, but you state that MS is "ruled out". And have no clue about the EMG. Suggest a second opinion from a local neurologist at a nearby medical school to sort this out. Sometimes, spinal fluid analysis is required to clarify.
