I have lightheadedness, sore knees, weak shaky legs. brain mri and emg of legs normal. labs good. 32 yr old. neuro exam normal. anxiety maybe?ms?

Multiple symptoms: Normal neuro exam, brain MRI and EMG make it very unlikely to be neurological. Extremely unlikely to be MS. Anxiety is likely.

ANXIETY LIKELY: Considering all your symptoms and negative exam and other tests like MRI,EMG and blood test.It is more likely to be due to anxiety.
But I see you are getting behavior therapy,and Cymbalta (duloxetine) which is used for Depression/generalized anxiety disorder
I will advice to continue to be followed up by your therapist and psychiatrist for your symptoms
