Mixed headaches: Some people suffer from a mixed headache syndrome w/multiple factors involved in the headache. These can include head & neck muscle spasm (tension headache component), mast cell headaches (allergic headaches), migraine components (w/ prodromes of nausea, etc), vertebro-basilar headaches (spasm of the vertebral artery). You've had sinus surg., but still have headaches. See a Headache Specialist

Sinus and ear infections every 4 months or so. But MRI and CT scan show no sinusitis or issues. Is it possible to have chronic issues normal scans?
