It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may have a deviated nasal septum, not uncommon, but it could explain the predominantly unilateral symptoms. If it does not get better in 7-10 days, it would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably an ENT doctor. Wish you good health!
