My kid is 16mnths old. she's congested with mucus from cold & allergies. the dr prescribed deselex & omnair nasal spray to only use in the morning. she's more congested @ nightand can't sleep. what can i do or use to relieve her congestion. xyzal?

Avoid triggers: Please clean, avoid dust,mold, pollen exposure and smoke exposure. Nasal saline spray may be helpful. Use a nasal steroid, antihistamine for children. Allergy testing.
