Hi i am having nasal congestion and some chest congestion. runny nose and sneeze in the morning and cough a little but getting a little better a lot of clear mucus from nose and sometimes yellow just wondering if i need an antibiotic or not?

Almost certainly a virus so antibiotics will nor help. Could be flu if you did not get shot and you need to be tested to see if antivirals might help. Discuss with your local Dr as they know know you. I do not.
