Unless you get any symptoms sooner, have it repeated in about 6 months. It may disappear. It could be a transient response to an infection. This doesn't necessarily mean you have lupus. However even with weakly positive LA you're at risk for blood clots so be vigilant about calf pain or swelling. Unless you're unable to, I recommend your taking a low dose enteric aspirin daily to reduce any chance of a first blood clot.I wouldn't recommend an anticoagulant now. However, I'd prefer you consult a hematologist for evaluation & advice
