The only way to get a replacement vaccination card would be from the office or hospital where you had your vaccine done as the vaccine lot will be recoverable, otherwise nobody else can issue another card without access to your records.

Hello, Can anyone get a booster after only 1 vaccine shot instead of two. This is not regarding Johnson and Johnson which is only 1 shot. This is Pfizer. With one dose, can you skip the second and eventually get a booster? Or is two mandatory first?
