So my wife, daughter, and i all got the pfizer vaccine. however, i feel some worry because they said its not as effective as the moderna vaccine now. but better than the johnson and johnson vaccine. what should i think? can you get double vaccinated?

Both the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines are highly effective by any standard; the difference in effectiveness between them is trivial, especially for younger persons like you and your family. There is no need for a second vaccine.

Agree with Dr Handsfield. Additionally, once the Pfizer vaccine is recommended for boosters for your age groups/work situations, or any underlying medical condition, it is recommended that you get that if it is at least 6 months from your 2nd vaccine.
