Metastatic lesions of a solid tumor, presumably from a visceral organ in the abdomen, do not manifest with a single lesion in lungs and kidneys; however, CT of the abdomen does not cover the whole chest so CT of the chest needs to be done. If CT of the chest only reveals one tiny nodule, there is no need for follow-up. The renal lesion can be rechecked in 6-12 months with a CT with IV contrast.

This is speculative. Pl see an academic Urologist for further investigation to get to the bottom of this who will fix you up. There are problems and there are solutions. Good luck
