Curious why last month i had abdominal ultrasound sound and they found nothing on my kidneys and yesterday had ct if abdomen and they see a 6mm solid mass that lit up? ask saw 3mm lung nodule lower lobe of lung but dr didnt mention that?

CT scan provides more details than an ultrasound and an MRI can provide even greater detail. You should discuss it with your doctor who knows more about your health than is feasible in this forum. Wish you good health!

Ultrasound can sometimes miss small masses in Kidney. Pl see a Urologist and your MD for further investigation Good luck

I have 2.5 cm x 2.1 cm liver solid mass detected in segment 6 of right lobe via ultra sound. MRI is to be done next. I feel little discomfort under right rib area effected by movement. Could it be due to liver or I may have some other muscle issue?
