Had a op 12 days ago to remove testicle as it died from torsion the wound has some yellow in it it looks dry but i'm not sure it's not leaking out it looks a bit crusty too is this normal also my testicles look pink and very wrinkly is this normal?

Your really should make an appointment with your surgeon so that your incision can be examined. Without seeing the incision, it is difficult to determine what you are describing. Some crustiness is part of the healing process but whether or not you are seeing pus can only be determined by seeing the site. So, make an appointment with your surgeon so all your concerns/questions can be addressed.

Keep the area clean with an antiseptic. Also you dont mean testicles looking crincly but the scrotal skin- for you cant see the testicles, they are inside- and see your surgeon soon.
