A 16-year-old male asked:

2 months ago i think my testicle died from torsion, there was only mild pain and it resolved itself within 4 days,is it dangerous if a testicle is dead and is left untreated in the scrotum, can it affect the other testicles fertility, can it be fatal?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It may not be torsion as testicular torsion would have also caused intense pain. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
